We issue a precautionary boil water notice any time we have a loss of water or the pressure drops below 20psi. When this happens there is a potential for harmful bacteria to infiltrate the water lines. We do not know if that has happened until we send water samples to the health department to be tested. Again this is a precautionary measure to protect you and your families in the event of water loss or extremely low pressure. Water Outage & Boil Water Notice

A Boil Water Notice has been issued for Lumpkin Rd, Cassady Dr, Openwood Dr. and surrounding areas for customers who are experiencing low pressure or those without water on 4-21-26 due to a main line break. Boil water for 1 minute before consumption. Water Samples will be taken and sent to the MSDH as soon as the repairs are done, when the results are received back we will lift the notice.
